Listening Equipment
| The Art & Music Collection has three LP
players, three CD players, and three tape players in the rear of the area.
Headphones may be borrowed at the desk. Additionally, there are two group listening
rooms that may be signed out by groups of two or more students. Each room is
equipped with a CD, LP, and cassette player. Portable cassette and CD players may be
borrowed at the desk as well. |
Viewing Equipment
| The Collection has a TV and VCR unit in the
rear of the unit that may be used to view videos. Both listening rooms are also
equipped with a TV and VCR for use by groups of two or more students. A DVD player
is also available in one listening room. Patrons may borrow a slide viewer for
2-hour in-library use. |
Scanner
| Patrons may scan library materials on the
public scanner in Art and Music. The scanner, located across from the desk, is
hooked up to an IBM compatible computer. Patrons may save their scanned images to
either a zip disk or a 3 1/2" disk. Complete instructions on operating the
scanner are located on the scanner lid. |
