The Information File, located on the north and south sides of the entrance to the area, contains booklets, announcements, newsletters, and other materials on art and music topics. All materials, which are grouped into four collections, may be checked out for one week. Click on a link below to view the contents of a particular collection.
General Information File
The General Information File is located in a filing cabinet on the north side of the entrance to the area. It contains announcements, newsletters, magazines, etc. on art, music and design topics.

Artists Information File
The Artists Information File contains a small assortment of exhibit booklets and other ephemera about various artists and composers. This collection is kept in a file cabinet on the north side of the entrance to the area. Generally, material is filed by the artist's last name. In some cases, an exhibit included work of more than one artist. The "see" reference indicates the name under which the material is filed. Booklets containing the works of three or more artists are filed in the Catalogs folder.
