These annual files contain information about the administration, arrangement, and conduct of the camping sessions. File content varies from year to year, but typically the files include schedules; correspondence; lists of supplies, equipment, and library material; lists of students enrolled; lesson plans; and curricular material.

Chief's Book, 1963-1972, 1978
The chief's books, created by camp administrators, include schedules and notes relating to daily camp instructional activities. They list instructors' names, lesson names, and associated instructional activities such as movies and field trips. Camp administrators probably used these books to help write reports on camp activities and to plan for later sessions.
Staffing Correspondence
This correspondence covers the area of securing expert speakers for camp instructional sessions.
