Papers

Professor William Shepherd, former Director of the UNI Marching Band, donated this collection to the University Archives in the fall of 1997. The collection includes several boxes of papers (programs, correspondence, notes) and many more boxes of recordings (audio and video) relating to performances of the Marching Band and the Symphonic Band from the middle 1960s through 1990.

The performance recordings are in a variety of media: 16mm film, audiocassette, reel-to-reel audio tape, and Beta and VHS videocassette.
