Biography
Susann G. Doody joined the UNI faculty in 1977 and served in several capacities until her retirement in 2000. Professor Doody was a pioneer on campus in the area of leadership and equity for women.
Papers
Susann Doody's papers consist primarily of committee files and secondary material relating to equity and leadership for women in higher education. There is an especially strong file on the College of Education's Commission on the Status of Women. In addition, there is a good file from the Student Outcomes Assessment Committee. There is also a strong file of material relating to Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM), a decision technique promoted by Professor Robert James Waller.
Professor Doody donated this material to Rod Library Special Collections at the time of her retirement in 2000.
