Thomas Switzer. Papers, 1988-2002. 25.5 linear feet.

Papers

In September 2007, the College of Education sent a large collection of material to the University Archives. This material was created primarily during the administration of Dean Thomas Switzer from 1987 through 2002. It includes files relating to promotion and tenure and the administration and management of the College of Education. There is also a large subject file that includes excellent documentation of the Orava Project, an extended initiative to restructure education in the Slovak Republic.

The current arrangement of these papers closely follows the rough subject arrangement in which the papers arrived in the Archives. Access to material relating to promotion, tenure, and evaluation of faculty is restricted.
