Mr. Bernard F. Eliason, 1004 Tremont Street, former employee at University of Northern Iowa, died Wednesday, February 20, at Osceola, Wisconsin, of a heart attack.

Mr. Eliason was employed as a painter at UNI from November 1946, until his retirement in 1971.

Funeral services are tentatively set for 1:30 p.m. on Friday, February 22, with burial at Greenwood Cemetery, Cedar Falls. The Dahl-VanHove-Schoof Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

The flag will be flown at half-mast during the time of the funeral in memory of Mr. Eliason.
