Library Purchase Recommendation Form
All members of the UNI community are encouraged to suggest additions to the Libraries' collection. Requests will be evaluated by the appropriate subject bibliographer, based on the UNI Libraries' collection policy and availability of funds. Materials that support the study, instruction, and research by members of the University community are given first priority. Please fill out this form as completely as possible to enable the library to correctly identify the material that you would like to have purchased. When the form is submitted, it will be emailed to staff in the Collection Management and Special Services department.
