Youth Collection Moved to First Floor

August 19, 2011
Youth Collection

The Youth Collection has moved to a temporary location on the first floor on the east side of the building.  The Collection will remain on the first floor until the refurbishment project is completed in their area on third floor.  Their third floor home will receive new furniture, wall paint, carpet, and shelving over the course of the fall semester.

If you have any difficulty locating Youth Collection materials please be sure to ask the friendly folks in the Youth offices on the first floor, or stop by the Circulation Desk or Reference Desk on the second floor.

Please Pardon Our Mess

July 7, 2011

Work began in earnest this week on the fourth floor ceiling ducts.  Eller Insulation is insulating portions of our air ducts to prevent condensation forming and dripping onto our ceiling tiles.  The drips have stained the ceiling tiles and at times have damaged books.  There may be some extra noise on the fourth floor during this time and a bit of dust as they remove and replace ceiling tiles.  They should be all finished up within a week and a half.

If you need assistance locating a quiet place to study please see the helpful folks at the Circulation Desk by the Library's entrance.

Thank you for your patience!
