Introduction
This page presents a list of UNI Homecoming parade Grand Marshalls. Exactly when this practice began, at least informally, is unclear. The first official Grand Marshall may have been selected in 1962. Grand Marshalls have tended to be respected faculty, alumni, and others whom the university wished to honor because of their distinguished service or contributions.
