UNI faculty were most satisfied with the following library services and resources

  • Employees who deal with users in a caring fashion
  • Library space that inspires study and learning
  • Quiet space for individual activities
  • Community space for group learning and study

UNI faculty were most dissatisfied with the following library services and resources

  • Print and/or electronic journal collections I require for my work
  • A library Web site enabling me to locate information
  • Printed library materials I need for my
  • Modern equipment that lets me easily access needed information
  • The electronic information resources I need

Graduate Students

UNI graduate students were most satisfied with the following library services and resources

  • Willingness to help users
  • Library space that inspires study and learning
  • Community space for group learning and study

UNI graduate students were most dissatisfied with the following library services and resources

  • Print and/or electronic journal collections I require for my work
  • The electronic information resources I need
  • A library Web site enabling me to locate information
  • Easy-to-access tools that allow me to find things on my own
  • Making electronic resources available from my home or office

Undergraduate Students

UNI undergraduate students were most satisfied with the following library services and resources

  • Employees who have the knowledge to answer user questions
  • Quiet space for individual activities
  • UNI undergraduate students were most dissatisfied with the following library services and resources
  • Print and/or electronic journal collections I require for my work
  • Printed library materials I need for my work
  • Making electronic resources available from my home or office

Staff

UNI staff were most satisfied with the following library services and resources

  • Dependability in handling users’ service problems

  • A getaway for study, learning, or research
