Below are listed areas in the library that include non-book materials. Some of the items may be checked out and others may only be used in the library. Check with the individual areas housing these materials for more detailed information.
Here is a list of items that students can check-out from the MultiService Center on the 1st floor :
Study rooms on 1st floor, viewing rooms on 1st floor, headphones, cassette players, slide viewer, 16mm film projector, laptops, videos, and DVDs.
Also available for use is the KIC scanner. Click here  for a short tutorial on the KIC scanner.

Lockers, group study rooms.

Here is the list of items available from the Youth Collection on the 3rd floor :
Youth oriented videos, DVD's, cassettes, and a Play-Away.

Here is a list of items available from the Art & Music Collection on the 4th floor :
Scanner, CD and SACD players, VCRs, DVD, and Blu-Ray players, cassette tape players, and turntables for in-house use. Available for check-out are art slide viewer, portable cassette player/recorders, headphones, art slides, art posters/prints, CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, and LPs. Also in Art & Music are 2 group listening and viewing rooms which require an ID to use.

In addition to the above equipment, the library has a Multi-Purpose room on the 3rd floor (Room 324) that may be booked for groups or organizations. Inquire at the Circulation Desk for more information.
Many of the above materials may be identified by using UNISTAR. After You do a keyword search in UNISTAR, click on the Modify search button at the top. Next, pick a format from the Publication Type drop-down menu. Example: do a keyword search for Elton John and pick CD Music from the drop-down menu. You may also limit your search to a specific library location from the Modify search screen
