Remote Access Problems |

Can't get past the "password" screen: Did you enter your 9 digit UNI U-card number without spaces? If so, please call the Circulation Desk at 319-273-2462, and give them your name and university U-card number, so that they can verify whether your library patron record was created properly. AOL user and can't get past the "password" screen: You need to minimize your AOL session. Then start an Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator browser session. After bringing up the web browser session, go to the library's website and click on a restricted electronic resource. A "password" box should appear requesting your Patron Name and Patron ID (U-card number). Many computers already have Netscape or Internet Explorer loaded on them. Doesn't work and you previously used old access method where set up of off-campus computer was required: You may have to unconfigure your off-campus computer's web browser.
