International Games Week brings community together to read, learn and play

Rod Library, Panther eSports, and Panther Tabletop are teaming up to join over a thousand libraries around the world during International Games Week as they transform their libraries with play. Like many other libraries across the country and around the world, Rod Library will offer special gaming programs and events suitable for the whole family.

At the Rod Library, Video and Tabletop gaming event will be held Monday - Friday (October 30- November 3) 2 p.m. - 7 p.m.* in LIB 287.  (*Thursday 3 p.m. - 7 p.m.)

The event will be a chance for individuals to come hang out, have fun with friends and interact with some of our great student groups on campus.

International Games Week is an international initiative supported by the American Library Association, the Australian Library and Information Association, Nordic Game Day and L’Associazione Italiana Biblioteche. For more information on International Games Week please visit the Games in Libraries blog http://games.ala.org.
